MAGDALENAS STORY
Magdalena is the #1 Elite Performer and Confidence-Coach. She gets entrepreneurs to hyper-focus on their strengths, achieves their highest potential, build empires and leave legacies. Magdalena believes that everyone has EXACTLY what they need to create success, but most people sabotage their success, don’t think they’re good enough or they're constantly searching for approval.
She speaks three languages, is a truth and curiosity seeker, inspiration junkie, world traveler, creative-to-the-core kind of gal, fashion appreciator, and an unshakable optimist with an obsession for mastering every area of her life, fulfilling her potential as a human being and making a difference in the lives of others.
”I have to be honest with you though, I haven’t always been on this journey. Most of us experience some ‘tough stuff’ in our lives and I have too.“
In the beginning, her life was a succession of beyond-bad-luck stories. She experienced a very difficult childhood, which involved her parents getting divorced after fighting an ugly battle when she was a child. After the divorce, she moved with her mother, who got married again, to a foreign country and grew up thousands of miles away from her elder sisters and the rest of her family. Money was scarce throughout her childhood, so at twelve, Magdalena began her work career. As a teen, she delivered newspapers, cleaned horses, and mucked out stalls.
”As a teenager, I shoveled horse poop every day. If this sounds tough, it was. I would have much rather been playing Nintendo or basketball like other kids, but I worked instead. What I didn’t know at the time was how much I was learning from this work. The first thing it did was motivate me to never have to do these jobs again. The second thing it taught me was that getting what I want starts and ends with hard work and determination. Everyone should shovel shit at least once in his or her life. It helps you to develop fundamental values and become a better person.“
Her mother suffers from major depression and excessive alcohol consumption daily. To break out of this negative spiral and all this drama, she decided to move out at age sixteen with less than $500 to her name, and was from then on, on her own.
”When I was sixteen, I read Tony Robbin's first bestseller ’Awaken the Giant Within’. I was still a kid at school and covered the book with sparkly paper so I wouldn’t seem out of place as I read it at the bus stop on my way to school. I loved that the book helped me become aware, at an early age, that the outcome of my life was my choice! It changed my entire world, and I made what looked to others like bold and brave attempts to get out of the toxic environment I used to live in; I moved out from my parents’ house and was completely on my own.“
Her journey as an entrepreneur began early; at age eighteen, she was running her first business as the co-owner of a cocktail bar - bartending at night allowed her to study during the day. She graduated from school, studied psychology, and started, while still studying, her first steps in Agent-preneurship. She started as an independent life insurance broker.
”Selling life insurance is a tough way to make a living and an even more difficult way to sustain a lucrative, long-lasting career. Finding qualified customers yourself is notoriously difficult and almost every prospect you get has usually been contacted by dozens of agents plus selling life insurance means talking about a subject that most advisors and clients prefer to avoid. But it challenged me to become the best saleswoman and I learned it the hard way by drumming up my business the old-fashioned way: cold-calling and door-knocking and literally collecting prospects from the street! Wherever I went, I was talking about my business -with the waitress at the restaurant, with the taxi driver, with the barista at the coffee shop, with random people I met in the elevator or waiting in the line -I knew how to get people excited about my product and how to get their cellphone number from them and the permission to call within few minutes. These methods were maybe unconventional, but they worked out for me.“
She was hooked by the industry and driven by her amazing sales results. She was able to establish a growing organization fast, and within one year, she was running two offices in major German cities with over 40 agents working for her. Soon, she added investment funds, real estate, private equity shares, and other financial products to her portfolio. She was successful in running this business for almost a decade, hitting one sales record after the other. But working nonstop and an unhealthy lifestyle turned into a nightmare when she was diagnosed with breast cancer.
”Back then, I was on a very destructive path -I was running around at a million miles per hour to avoid sitting with myself, working way too much in a job I started to hate in order to 'feel' successful, not loving myself at all, highly stressed and anxious and shopping shoes, fast food, and alcohol were my go-to quick fixes. Also, I was dealing with panic attacks and lived off champagne and canapés, fast cars, and wild yachting parties. Let’s simply say: My life was a mess and I looked like a mess.“
After years of fighting cancer and living in the fast lane, she hit the bottom. As a result of her disease and the excessive and extremely unhealthy way of life, she landed in intensive care. She died of clinical death for a total of eight minutes; fortunately, the doctors fought tirelessly for her life and brought her back.
”I’ve been through a lot in my life (and still getting the occasional ass-whooping from the Universe!), but don’t call me a victim because I have never viewed myself as one. I never labeled myself a “victim”. Going through all these hard times has made me a stronger and better person. I now know there isn’t anything I can’t overcome, physically or mentally. Those events in my life, especially cancer, and the near-death experience have taken away my fear, and that is a true gift.“
She earned a lot of money at a very young age; she thought reached her dream; however, in less than a few years, all the money was gone. Through a combination of poor investments and unchecked spending, Magdalena not just ruined her health, but also she was back at her original net worth ... again. Her near-death experience was that changing point of her life and Magdalena started developing her theories about an elite mindset, as well the mental and emotional relationship between money and success, and a healthy and balanced lifestyle. She started to study highly successful people all over the world and get coached by the best coaches in the world such as Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, Brendon Burchard, Robin Sharma, and JT Foxx.
Magdalena lived in different cities, in different countries, and on different continents. Magdalena is a lifelong science enthusiast who has been fascinated by the brain all her life. After getting her degree in Psychology and Anthropology Magdalena became fascinated with behavioral science and dark psychology. She is particularly interested in habit formation and how behaviors actually shape and change the physiology of the brain. She worked as a personal assistant and right hand of CEOs of international running companies, in order to dive deeper into their mindset, and started a couple of different businesses and projects in different fields such as publishing, health, fashion, and cyber security industry as well. During her years living in Israel, she was scouting start-ups with promising and unique new technologies in the high-tech field, helping them develop their businesses and establishing those rising stars oversee at the European and US market. She was working not only close to the CEOs, but also with investors, which allowed her to also understand the requirements investors have on leaders.
Currently, one of her major projects is in developing artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and big data for a billion-dollar company.
Magdalena got excited about using dark psychology and the approaches from machine learning to optimize people’s lives and the idea for her ELITE Performers Coaching program was born!
Along her journey, Magdalena vowed that should she ever get rich and successful again, she would help others do the same. She has kept her promise; her mission is to support aspiring entrepreneurs, visionaries, and change-makers to transform their mindsets, realize their full potential, and execute their dreams. She fosters this transformation by providing coaching services and creating a personal development space and community so these people can stretch their minds, build empires and leave a legacy.
